Pembinaan Sejati Perkasa Sdn Bhd (PSP) is a leading construction company with over 17 years of experience in infrastructure works. We are primarily involved in the provision of earthwork, sewerage, drainage, RC retainer wall, and pavement services. PSP is an ISO-certified and CIDB G7 main contractor, with a strong clientele in Peninsular Malaysia. We had established our reputation and track record, with our strong team comprising directors, managers, engineers, and professionals with significant experience and professional expertise.
Construction is PSP's core business. Since our formation, we have been turnkey in sculpting the face of Klang Valley. We are always committed to the highest standards of quality and performance, our professionals are the foundation upon which we have built our name as an internationally competitive builder.
To cater, we bought machines to strengthen our abilities and capabilities. We successfully completed multiple mega projects in Malaysia, and also expanded to Middle East. Now, our company has grown with a strong team of 50 employees, including surveyors , engineers, procurement personals, designers and tender personals. We are actively delivering projects for a few public-listed developers and construction companies in Malaysia.

Khor Kim Boon
Managing Director
Mr. Khor, our managing director, holds a certificate in Technology (Architecture) and Diploma in Technology (building) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College and Degree of Master of Business Administration (MB) from the Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom.
Mr. Khor focuses on contract negotiations, tenders, commercial, financial, and office management of the company. He is one of the turnkeys to the success of the company by navigating the strategic direction of the organization.
Tung War Fatt
Project Director
Mr. Tung graduated from the Federal Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying. With more than 20 years of experience in site operations, he is mainly responsible to lead site constructions and projects undertaken by the company. He is also fully in charge of the company's machinery department. His core strength is handling fast-track projects.
Besides the above, Mr. Tung also handles human resources at sites, managing all submissions to the local authorities, key account management, business development, and collection.
Lim Chee Chin
Project Director
Mr. Lim graduated with a Certificate in Technology Architecture and Diploma in Technology (Building) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College. His major role is managing construction site activities undertaken by the company.
His core skill is in technical and design application, thus he leads the design department and survey department to ensure all projects are performed with the right specification and costing. Mr. Lim is also one of the turnkeys in leading fast track projects and has a very good track record in completing projects on time and on budget.
