OUR BUSINESS
Our Group is principally involved in the provision of infrastructure works, civil works and related services.
We undertake infrastructure works to establish essential services and site accessibility to enable subsequent construction activities by other contractors and facilitate the connection of completed premises to utilities such as potable water, sewerage, electricity and telecommunications.
Our infrastructure works consisted of the following activities: –
- Roadworks
- Drainage system
- Bridges and related structures
- Water mains and primary sewerage piping networks
- Power distribution network
Civil works are carried out to make a piece of land buildable before actual construction begins. They ensure that the land is safe, stable, accessible, compliant with plans and relevant regulations and ready for foundations and structural works.
Our civil works comprised the following activities: –
- Site clearing and demolition
- Earthworks
- Soil improvement and treatment
- Permanent earth retaining structures
The related services we provided mainly comprised additional works carried out at the request of our customers at our civil and infrastructure works project sites after handover such as remedial works and post-handover works.
